About Brian Kays

He is currently the Owner and Lead of the #1 real estate team, Heartland Realty Group at Coldwell Banker NHS, and the #1 Real Estate Agent at his Brokerage. He has been in the real estate and property management field for over 20 years, serving clients in the greater Omaha, Nebraska area. He obtained his ARM® certification through the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2010, his Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation in 2017, and his Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) certification. He is one of only 20 real estate agents selected each year to graduate from the Nebraska Real Estate Commission (NREC) Leadership Academy and has served as Chairman, Vice Chair, and Treasurer of the Omaha Area Board of REALTOR® Young Professionals Network.

 

He and his amazing wife, Nicole, are raising four wonderful children (Reagan, Beckham, Sawyer, and Lachlan) in the Elkhorn area. They stay busy with volleyball, basketball, and soccer, and serve on the school PTO and SID boards.
